FOR ALL
WBAB needs your help as we try to help those in need on Long Island!
Tis the season to help fellow Long Islanders that are less fortunate
than yourself. Join WBAB and Long Island Cares for the Roger and
JP Long Island Food For All, kicking off Saturday November 16th
from 7am-Midnight at Jillian’s
in Farmingdale! Roger & JP Broadcasting Live. Donna Donna,
Fingers and the rest of the WBAB Staff will also be at Jillian's
throughout the event. New York Islanders Community Patrol
will be at Jillian's from noon til 5 with games and prizes. All food
donors receive a free $5 Jillian's Game Card.
We're looking for donations of all non-perishable food items,
frozen turkeys and free turkey coupons. On Saturday 11/16, the
school who brings the most turkey's will get a live Roger & JP
morning broadcast! Of course, cash and check donations will also be
gladly accepted. (Checks should be made out to Long Island Cares.)
Then, from Sunday November 17th-Sunday November 24th, we'll be
collecting food at all WBAB appearances and at the Town Of The Day.
