TIS'
THE SEASON TO LEND A HAND
We would like all you good-hearted
NASCAR Racing fans, to show Long Island why we’re #1. WBAB
annual toy drive to benefit John Theissens’ Toys for the
Sick Children Foundation is under way. We need your help in
providing toys for the sick and underprivileged children,
right here on Long Island. This is the 11th year for the
event, which has been very successful in the past for
providing toys for John Theissens’ kids. We would like it if
we could put the Long Island racing community on the map, for
lending their help and support. All you need to do, is bring a
new unwrapped toy to Commack Towing at 4035 East Jericho
Turnpike in East Northport, across from the Huntington Square
Mall. There has been a trailer provided by Marrzmotorsports,
Which will have the WBAB logo on it to collect the toys that
you drop off. There will also will be a sign in sheet in the
trailer, so put your name down and be counted as one of the
good guys. Remember all your donations are tax deductible. So
do your share and show you care. It’s worth the trip, from
anywhere.
Special thanks to: John & Theresa Canty, the Brunnhoelzl
family, Anne Marie & Danielle McCormack, Alicia Forbes,
Christopher Schraner & entire Marrzmotorsports crew, the
Lamac family, J.A. Ackley & LongIslandJam.com, and last
but not least, the drivers at Commack towing for all their
help and support.
