KARTS ADDED TO RIVERHEAD SWAP SHOP SHOW OCTOBER 26TH

Kart Racing Association officials announced early last week
that the club will be in action at Riverhead Raceway Sunday
October 26th during the annual Long Island Automotive Swap
Shop and Custom Car Show.
Originally the E.K.R.A. was not on the
slate, but scheduled for action the following Sunday November
2nd. However a scheduling conflict has forced the switch to
October 26th, which makes the day even more action packed. The
kart owners and drivers will pay their usual pit and insurance
fees and race in heat races and feature events.
The Long Island Automotive Swap Shop
vendor fee will be $20 per spot. For those just wanting to
come in and look around to see what's for sale, enjoy the
go-karts and Custom Cars admission is $5. There will be a $10
entry fee for all Custom Cars and Hot Rods with trophies
awarded to various categories at the end of the afternoon.
The pits will swing open at 9:00 am.
