NEETS 2004 RULES MEETING/REGISTRATION

The North East Enduro Tour Series (NEETS) promoter Billy Bartley would like to announce he is holding a rules meeting for the upcoming 2004 season at Lobitz Catering Hall on rt 309 in Hazleton,Pa. Sunday, December 14th. The meeting will come to order promptly at 1pm and will be covering all divisional rules for cars in the Pro, Stock and 4cyl divisions. The meeting will also be covering the 2004 schedule, new events, and the points fund for all divisions.  All NEETS members and anyone interested in joining the series are invited participate but only 2003/04 members will be allowed to vote on any changes or new rules. 2004 NEETS licenses will be available at the meeting for a special price of $50. Price will be $75 thereafter.

   All NEETS officials will be asked to attend a meeting prior to the rules meeting at 12 noon where officials duties, pay scales will be discussed, and new officials will be introduced.

   Billy B. usually holds the meeting at the Motorsports Expo in January but felt he needed to get the rules done earlier this year so the drivers and crew can have enough time to build or make any necessary changes to their cars due to the predicted hard winter weather.  Billy will be at Motorsports with the new 2004 rules and licenses will be available.

    NEETS has shown to be a very successful tour series in it's innaugural season. This new concept of an affordable traveling class of cars under enduro rules on different size tracks and surfaces has drawn the attention of many eyes in the racing community. They have made it through the "wait and see" season and are now attracting many new members for the upcoming season.
