CAMPING SITES AVAILABLE FOR NORTH SOUTH SHOOTOUT

Due to recent inquiries regarding RV spots at Concord Motorsports Park for the 2nd Annual North-South Shootout ™, C&C Racing Promotions, owners and promoters of the North-South Shootout™ have begun reserving the coveted spots for the November 5&6, 2004 event.  A limited number of spaces are available for self-contained recreational vehicles atop turn four.  This premium RV parking is affordable and allows spectators the luxury of watching the event from the comfort of their motor homes.

The North-South Shootout™ will feature some of the best Modified racing that the country will see all season.  Top racing talent like Todd Szegedy, Ted Christopher, Eddie Flemke, L.W. Miller and Jay Hedgecock are expected for the 100-lap Modified extravaganza.  The format for this year's event will once again boast time trials, heat races, consolation event(s) and the 100 green flag lap main event.  The ever-popular vintage Modified contingent will be part of the two-day racing extravaganza as well.  Additional support divisions will be added to the schedule of events at a later date.

"The RV spots offer a great overhead view of all the action that happens during the weekend," said Josh Jenkins of C&C Racing.  "From high atop the track, those that are camping can see the action on the track as well as what is going on in the pit area, plus they are only a short walk from all the amenities that Concord has to offer."

Spots are good from Thursday, November 4 through Sunday, November 6 at Noon. The cost to reserve a camping spot is only $50 and will go to cover the expense incurred for the security required by the track owners.

Campers that supported the inaugural event will be given the first opportunity to renew their reservations.  Returning guests should contact Josh Jenkins immediately at (800) 237-2536 to confirm their reservation.  Remaining spots will be assigned on a first-come, first serve.  New inquiries should be direct to Jenkins as well.
