For Those Having Problems Viewing Videos  1. Open 'Windows Explorer', then ' Tools ' on top bar, then ' Folder Options ', then ' File Types ', in the new window, scan down to ' WMV '. Make sure it is opened by ' Windows Media Player '. If it isn't, hit ' Change ' and associate it with ' Windows Media Player ', if it already is close it. 2. If you use AOL and have problems, log into AOL normally. When logged in, minimize ALL AOL windows and open ' Internet Explorer '. Type ' longislandjam.com ' in address bar and hit enter. Try viewing video this way. It seems the AOL Browser does not support .WMV format. We hope this corrects most of the problems viewing the videos.
