2004 CHARGER GRADE REPORT
by "Professor" Peter Milano

11) TOMMY WALKOWIAK
#
00 Unique Golf Shop Chevrolet

How do you blow 2 motors and walk away at season's end with 5 wins in 13 races? The “Wild Child" lives up to his name where racing hard is his only game! Tommy had 3 wins in another man's car, a potent car belonging to Ron Langdon. The most impressive driver in 2004 has to be "The Wild Child" in any class alongside the driving skills of Late Model driver Glenn Tyler.  Hopefully in 2005 Walkowiak will have a car that can handle the wildness of the driver.

A
13 races, 5 wins, 7 top 5's, 8 top 10's

12) TOM SULLIVAN
#
7 Custom Exteriors Lincoln

Does Sullivan have a black cloud over his head or do his bumpers have magnets in them? Bad luck seems to follow Sullivan year in and year out. I'm waiting to see the return of the old #7 that flew around the race track taking down wins! Sullivan had 1 top five and 7 top tens.

C
15 races, 0 wins, 1 top 5's, 7 top 10's

13) PAUL PARISI
#
69x The Vinyl Answer Chevrolet

This Outlaw Fab car could have been stronger on some nights, but Paul seemed to get caught up in other people's messes. He did show some promise with 2 top fives and 2 top tens in 15 races and has improved since years past.

C-
15 races, 0 wins, 2 top 5's, 2 top 10's

13) CHRIS BUSICK
#61 SPONSORS WANTED Caddy

Busick was on pace to have a career year before packing up and selling the car midseason. Nevertheless, Chris Busick can wheel a Blunderbust. In 2004 he had 1 win, 4 top fives and 6 top tens.

B
10 races, 1 win, 4 top 5's, 6 top 10's

15) DALE ARNOLD
#
53 CustomVinylGraphics.com Olds

Arnold was another case where he looked strong some nights, and off on others. Despite only racing 11 races, he took home 4 top 5's and 5 top 10's.

C-
11 races, 0 win, 4 top 5's, 5 top 10's

15) JAMES HAVENS
#
72 Full Force Racing Chevrolet

The night James Haven brought home a victory is one of the most memorable races of 2004 in the Blunderbusts. Everyone was cheering for Havens when he came across the white line and took the checkered flag. At the end of the year he would tally 1 top five and 3 top tens.

B-
14 races, 1 win, 1 top 5's, 3 top 10's

17) DENNIS SCOTT
#28 SPONSORS WANTED Chevy

Dennis the Menance only managed to break the top 10 once in 2004.  Here's hoping to a better 2005.

D
12 races, 0 win, 0 top 5's, 1 top 10's

18) MARK WOLF
#66 SPONSORS WANTED Chevy

Wolf's #66 looked really strong some nights and way off on others. At the season's end Wolf wound up with only 1 top 5 and 1 top 10 in a mere 8 races.

D+
8 races, 0 wins, 1 top 5's, 1 top 10's

19) ADAM ST. LAWRENCE
#
82

St. Lawrence didn’t have a bad year. In 13 races he brought home a win along with 2 top fives and 3 top tens. Hopefully he works off his 2004 success and brings it hard in 2005!

C+
13 races, 1 win, 2 top 5's, 3 top 10's

20) RUSSELL BROY
#
99 Island Trees Auto Chevy

Broy's 2004 season seemed like an off year indeed.  Broy has looked strong in past years, but in 2004 just didn't seem to get all the pieces together for a solid run.  Perhaps some work in the off season can return Broy to his rightful position - up front.

D
10 races, 0 wins, 1 top 5's, 4 top 10's
