The Long Island Press will keep its
readers informed about the weekly events at Riverhead
Raceway throughout the 2005 season. Jeff Bressler has been
added to the staff of the paper to provide a weekly column
and results from the Route 58 oval. The first story will
appear in the April 28th edition.
The Long Island Press is a free weekly
publication with a circulation of 165,000 copies. Under the
leadership of Associate Sports Editor Josh Stewart, the
paper has offered the most extensive coverage of NASCAR in
the metropolitan area. With no regular Riverhead Raceway
articles appearing in any of the area daily’s, the Press
made the decision to offer comprehensive reporting from the
¼ mile this season.

heard over Sirius satellite radio and 114 stations
throughout the United States.
