APPEARANCE A SUCCESS AT DANIEL’S FAMILY RESORT
Last week after delaying long enough to win the
rain-delayed 20-lap Figure Eight feature on May 28th, the
victorious Daniel’s Family Resort/Barrasso & Son’s Stone Mason Supply
#28 of Roger Maynor spent the remainder of the Memorial Day Weekend at
Daniel’s Family Resort in the Pocono’s.
The crew spent a relaxing weekend enjoying the
hospitality of the Daniels family, while fulfilling sponsor obligations
with a promotional photo shoot. Roger Maynor specifically wanted to
thank Matt, Barb, and Chuck Daniels for rolling out the red carpet for
the team during the #28 team’s visit.
Roger Maynor sits second in Riverhead Raceway
points, only 4 out of first place going into this Saturday night’ 25-lap
double-point feature. The full race card commences at 4:00PM at the
Route 58 ¼-mile oval.
Due to early season rainouts, there have only been
two races run so far. Roger Maynor has one of those two early season
wins. With 10 scheduled races remaining, this could be an opportunity to
put the #28 car well in front of the pack.
Roger Maynor is a multi-time Figure Eight Champion
at Riverhead Raceway. Last season, he tied the season record for wins
with nine.
