IAs reported on February 27, Kathy Hallock, an up and coming racer in the Eastern Kart Racing Association, had her dreams stolen.  Kathy Hallock's 2004 Rage Nitro champ kart was stolen between February 19-27.  However, there is some good news.  Hallock's kart has been founded and two suspects have been apprehended.  The Hallock family would like to publicly thank all those who have helped them, including the local authorities as well as you, the racing community.  Thank you.
