Hosts August 25 Adoption Event for NSALA
On Saturday, August
25, 2007 Riverhead Raceway promoters, Barbara and Jim Cromarty and driver
Dan Jivanelli will help the track roll out the red carpet for the world’s
largest no-kill animal shelter with a special pet adoption event staged in
the Turn 3 area. The famous North Shore Animal League America’s mobile
adoption unit, filled with adorable dogs and cats waiting for their
“forever” homes, will be on the premises from 3 to 7 PM. Visitors can meet
League adoption counselors and pick up free goodies while viewing the
animals.
