to Present I Love America Night Fireworks August 25
Barbara & Jim Cromarty will
again honor our great nation will the annual I Love America night
celebration at Riverhead Raceway Saturday August 25th complete with another
spectacular Fireworks program presented by Bay Fireworks. A full slate of
NASCAR Whelen All-American Series racing and a Car Rollover Contest and
Spectator Drags will also highlight the Donaldson’s VW-Subaru night
activities.
Donaldson’s Volkswagen & Subaru of Sayville have been a proud pace
vehicle sponsor at Riverhead Raceway since 1989 and will present each of the
feature event winner with a trophy to remember their victory. The NASCAR
Modifieds, Late Models, Figure Eights and Blunderbusts will provide the
great NASCAR racing action, with all classes running their regular main
event distance.
The wild and woolly Car Rollover Contest will make their second Saturday
night start of 2007 with the Savoy brothers of Lake Panamoka, Jason & Brian
fighting it out for the 2007 title. Over on the One-On-One Spectator Drag
side of the coin everyone will be aiming to snap the season long hot streak
of Don Carasiti of St. James.
All eyes will be skyward when Bay Fireworks, a Long Island home grown
pyrotechnic production will once again light up the night sky with a
patriotic salute to the United States of America. Each and every show that
Bay Fireworks has presented at Riverhead Raceway has been bigger and more
spectacular than the previous display.
Heats will qualify cars at 4:30 pm and the main events will start at
6:00 pm for this don’t miss I Love America night program. For further
