In a joining together of competitors that is being seen in
several divisions at Riverhead Raceway, a number of Blunderbust
drivers and team members gathered for an informal exchange of
ideas. Roughly one-third of the drivers were present for the
meeting, where a number of topics were discussed, including
ideas for promoting the division and improving competition. Many
in the division have expressed their desire to collectively
discuss issues facing the class, and the dialog was positive.
With the apparent success of the meeting in bringing competitors
together and airing ideas, another meeting has been scheduled.
The meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, December 3 at
90-D Dale Street (off Edison Avenue) in West Babylon.
