Anderson Racing, home of Wayne Anderson and
the #15 Modified, is happy to announce that the Blue Point Deli
& Catering has signed on to be the official food for the
five-time Riverhead champ. Blue Point Deli & Catering will join
Eastport Feeds and Axel Anderson, Inc. as backers of the veteran
driver's 2008 effort.
Anderson is entering the 2008 season with
an impressive racing resume that stretches back into the 1970s.
Anderson has captured five Modified championships at Riverhead
Raceway, and two Modified championships each at Islip and New
Egypt. He also won the WMT crown in 1994, and holds the NASCAR
record for winning three Modified races in a 24-hour period.
Anderson was voted "Most Popular Driver" in the Modified
division in 2006, the same year he was inducted into the Suffolk
County Sports Hall of Fame.
Blue Point Deli & Catering offers white
glove catering for all occasions, as well as a super daily menu.
