Watson Brings Aboard New
Partner for Final 2008 Race
Doug Watson and
the Coyote Racing #3 Blunderbust team recently announced that
they had signed a one-race sponsorship agreement with
GueRRillaRadio.com, an Internet radio show. The deal will allow
Watson and his team to make some necessary repairs and return
for the division's final race of the season, with an eye towards
capturing a win.
Watson's
agreement with GueRRillaRadio.com will cover the Blunderbust
division's 30-lap time trial race scheduled for September 13th.
The race will determine the division's champion, and will mark
the close of the 2008 season. To date this season, Watson has
run 11 of the division's 15 races, scoring one win, three top
five finishes, and six top tens.
"The team has
made a lot of changes for this last race," Watson commented.
"Among the things we needed to tackle for this race were
exhaust, tranny, and rear. But we are confident that we can come
out now and be competitive." Watson timed third fastest in the
division's last time trial race, held on August 16th.
GueRRillaRadio.com is an Internet site that includes such
features as on online radio, pictures, and wallpapers. Areas of
interest on the site include one that contains UFC images.
