This Saturday, November 1, Bethel Motor Speedway will play
host to its final racing event of the 2008 season. After being
shuttered for more than a year, the track reopened under new
ownership in August, and was the site of such races as
LegendStock 2008. The track is located in historic Bethel, New
York, mere miles from the site of the original Woodstock.
Legends and Bandoleros will be the feature division this
weekend, with McGraw Moving signing on to sponsor the race. It
will pay a guaranteed $250 to win. Also on the schedule are BMS
Modifieds, Pro Stocks, Street Stocks, and 4 Cylinder classes.
Gates are scheduled to open at 1 p.m., with racing getting
underway at 3 p.m.
Grandstand admission is only $5, with pit admission set at
$35. Further details can be obtained by visiting
www.bethelmotorspeedway.com or calling the track office at
(845) 778-3839.
