“The interest in the Motorsports 2010 show has been huge
since we announced the move back to the Keystone state,” said
show promoter Len Sammons. “Exhibitors from the last show have
had the opportunity to reserve their display space and now
exhibitor space is open to all.”
The 25th anniversary edition of the Motorsports Race Car & Trade
Show is set for the new Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in
Oaks, PA Saturday, January 22nd through Sunday, January 24,
2010.
“Ever since we made the announcement that we would be moving
back to Pennsylvania from Atlantic City, NJ (where the show took
place for the past three years) the interest has just been
tremendous,” said Sammons. “Many exhibitors that had not been a
part of the show are planning to exhibit and we expect that the
220,000 square feet of show space will be filled quickly.”
The new Expo Center, located in the suburbs of Philadelphia, has
been getting high marks as a trade show site. Improvements
continue to be made on the facility and it is expected that at
least 4,000 free on-site parking spaces will be available before
the summer is over, certainly in plenty of time for Motorsports
2010.
A three-day show format will return. The show will be open to
the public on Friday, January 22nd, at 3 PM with a 10 PM
closing. On Saturday the show will run from 11 AM to 9 PM and
Sunday the show will go from 11 AM to 4 PM. NFL championship
games are scheduled on Sunday after the show has ended.
Motorsports 2010 will feature top names and personalities in the
sport along with just about everything imaginable in motorsports
on display.
Many special attractions and promotions are in the planning
stages as plans are being finalized for the 25th anniversary
edition of the show that got its start just a short distance
from Oaks at the Valley Forge, PA Convention Center 24 years
ago.
Though Motorsports 2010 has moved to Pennsylvania, Sammons will
continue to present his highly successful Gambler’s Classic
Indoor Auto Racing events at the Atlantic City, NJ Boardwalk
Hall on January 29-30, 2010.
Those with interest in being part of the 25th Anniversary
Motorsports Race Car & Trade Show are invited to call the show
office at (609)888.3618. A color show brochure is available upon
request.
Information and the show brochure are also available along with
