Tracy Chirico, driver of the #83 4/6 cylinder enduro truck,
announced this week that she has finalized her schedule for the
remainder of the 2009 season, with the help of some new
sponsors. Chirico recently reached an agreement with New
Jersey-based Fred Graf Racing that will cover the rest of the
2009 season.
“I’m happy to have secured the support of Fred Graf Racing for
the rest of the season,” Chirico stated. Fred Graf Racing will
join Bethel Motor Speedway and JB Motorsports as new partners in
Chirico’s truck efforts for the 2009 season. Chirico has carried
over her 2008 sponsors as well: DiCanio’s Stump Removal, Peconic
Automotive, Flanders Automotive, Artisan Appraisers, Planet
Earth Recycling and Recovery, Westhampton Auto Salvage, Gregor
Welldrilling, Haeger’s Home Improvements, Hampton Fleet Service,
Jim’s Busy Bee Pest Control, and
LongIslandJam.com.
“All of my sponsors from last year made it possible for me to
join the ranks of the truck enduro competitors,” she stated,
“and I expect that the addition of my new partners will help to
make 2009 a success. Bethel Motor Speedway and Fred Graf Racing
are assisting in my 2009 campaign, and JB Motorsports has
provided some safety equipment. Everyone’s help is greatly
appreciated.”
Chirico is only running a part-time schedule in 2009, as her
duties as the PR writer for Bethel Motor Speedway require her
presence at the track in White Lake on Saturdays. She currently
plans to run the remaining Sunday shows at Riverhead, slated for
June 14, August 9, and September 6. She also plans to bring the
truck to Bethel for a race on June 27, but intends to turn the
wheel over to former Riverhead Blunderbust champion Chris
Chirico for that race so that she can concentrate on her
responsibilities at the track.
