McGuire to Appear at
Cavanaugh’s Daytona 500 Party
Ring in the new NASCAR Sprint Cup Season
with NASCAR driver Chris McGuire at Cavanaugh’s Pub in Blue
Point, N.Y. for their 2010 Daytona 500 party on Sun. Feb. 14.
Along with McGuire’s special appearance, many other specials,
giveaways, and attractions will be on hand for a great way to
watch the Great American Race.
Chris McGuire, who races a NASCAR charger at Riverhead Raceway,
will also display his No. 89x Gershow Recycling Ford for the
party. A veteran racer, McGuire boasts eight career wins, and a
2009 third-place point finish. He’s hopeful that 2010 will be
his year to finally take the championship that has eluded for
many seasons.
In addition to McGuire and his race car, Cavanaugh’s will have
Budweiser girls and will hold a 50/50 raffle in addition to
providing plenty of specials and giveaways. Fans will be able to
watch the race among 23 TVs, including a 63-inch big-screen. The
party will begin at 1 p.m. and run throughout the duration of
the race.
