Upon being released from St. Frances Hospital Thursday afternoon,
Wayne Anderson and his lovely wife Joette expressed their heartfelt
appreciation to all those who aided Wayne in his time of need
Saturday night, May 15 at Riverhead Raceway by releasing the
following statement.
"From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank everybody involved
with the quick response in the pit area at Riverhead Raceway, there
were so many people caring for Wayne all we can do is say thank you
to everyone for being there. The response was unbelievable," Joette
said by phone Friday. "Also a thank you goes out to the staff at
both Peconic Bay Medical Center and St. Frances Hospital and their
staffs for their dedicated care."
Wayne will spend the the immediate future recovering and healing
before returning to his Axel Anderson Trucking & Truck Repair
business in Medford, N.Y.
