TJ Halpins to Host
Riverhead Raceway Rewind Wednesday Evenings
Want a chance to go back in time and
recapture the 2010 NASCAR Whelen All-American Series at
Riverhead Raceway, well now you can each and every Wednesday
evening at 7:00 PM at TJ Halpins at the Heatherwood Country Club
in Setauket. Steve Halpin a partner in the hottest new pub and
eatery on Long Island will host the Riverhead Raceway Rewind
starting this Wednesday November 4th.
The first installment this Wednesday evening will feature week
one of the 2010 Riverhead Raceway campaign on May 1st where
Chuck Steuer took home the NASCAR Modified victory. Others race
winners from that card were Peter Eriksen, Late Models, Chris
McGuire, Chargers, Tommy Walkowiak, Blunderbusts, Frank Dumicich
Jr., Super Pro Trucks and Tom Sherman, Legends.
Steve Halpin noted, "we are extending an invitation to the race
winners from May 1st to have dinner with a guest on us. Then on
November 11th all the feature winners from May 8th and a guest
will have dinner on us and as will all race winners as the
Riverhead Raceway Rewind continues". The Riverhead Raceway
Rewind will start at 7:00 PM each and every Wednesday evening
and during the race viewing party specials on Miller High Life
will be available along with some great Miller giveaways.
Steve Halpin who spent many seasons as the track announcer at
Riverhead Raceway, and Timmy Moore of the famed TJ'S Hero Shops
on Long Island recently opened the doors to TJ Halpins which is
located in the Heatherwood Country Club on Route 347 in
Setauket. A great menu that offers TJ Hero sandwiches as well as
other great menu items are available along with Quick Draw and
other New York State Lottery games. Aside from the Riverhead
Raceway Rewind on Wednesdays, TJ Halpins offers all NFL games
each and every Sunday, Monday and Thursday nights with their
Direct TV package.
