Off the Island: Weekend Recap- Sept. 17th

A handful of drivers across Long Island decided to venture off the island this past weekend in order to satisfy their need for speed. Some traveled to Connecticut’s Waterford Speedbowl, Pennsylvania’s Mountain Speedway and New Jersey’s Wall Stadium Speedway. Two of our local drivers won big at Mountain Speedway. With Mountain Speedway’s 2012 Late Model Champion, Kyle Harvell capturing the win in the Late Model feature event and Brendon Bock of Franklin Square, NY took home the win in the Legend feature.
