Blunderbust Class Gets Added Race June 20th

Riverhead Raceway owners & promoters Barbara & Jim Cromarty announced over the memorial Day weekend that they have added the Blunderbust division to the Saturday night June 20th NASCAR Whelen All-American Series program. On that card as well is the annual East End Kart Racing exhibition as well a 50-lap NASCAR Modified and 30-lap Late Model feature event. Rounding out the card will be the Super Pro Trucks and Legend Race Cars.

The first three races of 2015 have all belonged to Jack Handley Jr. of Medford as he is three for three on the year. Defending champion Tom Pickerell of Huntington, Joe Warren Jr. of Ridge, Bill Wegmann Sr. of N. Bellmore, “Krazy” Ed Mistretta of Lindenhurst, Terry Stiles of Rocky Point, Tim Mulqueen of Levittown, Scott Maliszewski of Deer Park and newcomer Jim Laird Jr. of Islip Terrace will all be gunning for the win.
