1) TOM
PICKERELL
#4
Pickerell Clam Chevrolet |
How
did "Slick Pick" end up as Blunderbust 2004 Champion?
With 14 top tens, 8 top fives and 1 win in 16 races; his
consistency was hard to beat! It seemed Pickerell came
under the radar all season long and no one noticed him!
Staying out of trouble in a beat and bang division is
tough, but Tom sure did a fine job and fooled everyone
in the class. |

2) EUGENE
MALVERTY
#23
All Stock Auto Parts Chevy |
It
seemed in 2004 Eugene was on his way to winning his
third straight title. He would have won if handicapping
wasn’t always an issue. But almost each week we watched
Malverty drive from the back of the pack threading the
needle and hunting down the front runners for the win!
Eugene's year was great with 2 wins, 9 top fives and 11
top tens despite missing the end-of-the-year gold. |

Not always the strongest car, but the driver sure
races from his heart and brought home 2 wins, 3 top
fives and an impressive 12 top tens in 16 races.
With a new major sponsor in 2005, we will see if
Watson can earn his first championship. |

Maliszewski is yet another driver with 2 wins in

a tough pick to beat in 2005! |

6) ARTIE
PEDERSEN JR.

Sherwin-Williams Chevrolet |
Not a bad season after bad luck seemed to follow him
in previous seasons. Pedersen earned 10 top tens and
5 top fives, but victory lane seemed to elude him. |

8) WAYNE
OKULA
#67
Choice Appraiser Chevrolet |
The #67 is definitely one of the nicest machines in
the Blunderbust division. Wayne used his sled to
gain 2 top fives and 7 top tens and look for a
stronger year in 2005 as he gets accustomed to the
Blunderbust division. |
